Turn your PDF into microlearning lessons and quizzes.

Create microlearning from the PDFs you already have. AI drafts short lessons and learning games; a person checks the source and decides what gets published.

Keep the source in the process.

A generated quiz is only useful if it teaches what your material actually says. Hostcraft keeps AI content as a draft and gives the reviewer source quotes and automated checks to help with the decision.

  1. Start from a current PDF

Choose a handbook, training document or subject you know well. Pick a small topic and confirm the material is current. If a scan has been misread, editors can correct the document’s page text before using it.

  2. Choose how people should practise

Draft a first explanation with Story Cards, a recall question with Quiz Sprint or a sequence with Timeline. Hostcraft supports thirteen formats, so a topic can be read, recalled and applied in different ways.

  3. Review, edit, then publish

Check the source quote, the question, the answer and the feedback. Correct unsupported claims or unclear wording. A manager’s approval is required before the activity reaches learners; you can also write an activity yourself.

Here is what to check in a draft.

  • One useful idea

Does the question teach one useful idea?

  • Supported by the source

Can the answer be supported by the source?

  • An explanation

Does the feedback explain why it is right?

  • Clear alternatives

Are alternatives plausible without misleading the learner?

If the source is ambiguous, resolve that before publishing.

Automated checks support that review. They do not make the source current, fill missing facts or decide what your organisation should teach. The sample above uses Hostcraft’s own learning guide, not a customer document.

Use the same workflow for work or family learning.

A team can start with a product guide or onboarding manual. A family can start with a worksheet or book material they want to practise. The topic changes; the draft, source check and human review still matter.

Learners open short lessons and games in a phone or desktop browser. The interface supports English, German and French; AI can draft content in those languages and Italian for review. Try every format on the homepage before choosing your first topic.

Bring one topic to the first conversation.

Tell us what the PDF covers, who will learn from it and who can review the activities. We can talk through a pilot space with your content and branding. See the privacy policy for how Hostcraft handles training material and AI processing.

The first month of a company subscription is free. Individuals and families have a separate monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial. Billing terms are on the homepage.
